Duck, Duck, Goose

Here's a little preview of our trip to the Outer Banks in North Carolina (which is still in progress, but the resort has wifi access). We're staying in a town called Duck - how cute is that? For the trip, we bought this "beach shelter" from LL Bean, which 1 person should be able to assemble in minutes.....if it weren't for the wind, that is.

The biggest perk of "off-season" travel - no crowds. Not a soul in sight between our tent and the ocean (if you look really closely you can see Brent and Joseph near the water).

No one in the other direction either! But there are a few other people around. Just no one with school-aged kids. Only 4 or 5 more years before we have to travel based on the school year.

And here's our silly goose, charging right into the pounding surf without a care in the world, giggling when the waves crash against him.

The tent is bigger and the baby is even bigger(referring to our trip with 5 week old Joseph to the beach)--thanks for the video--I feel like I was there--Love and Hugs Mi Mi and Poppie
